I love the car mirror one UV. I took one on my phone in similar style when I was up Newcastle way earlier in year. Just something artistic about seeing reflection in mirror with background nothing special.

A lovely collection of tower blocks out in the distance makes it look like there is a little city out there.

Is that all the new Attwood Green apartments in the foreground ILC. It's not Park Central, as that is behind it (further away from the camera). It looks pretty tame but rather harmless, has anybody been down there to take pictures lately?

they're the "nu living" blocks, i hope everybody goes and has a closer look at them to see just how shit a modern development can be, the quality of it is unbelievably bad, I couldn't believe it when i had a close look, it is shabby beyond words.

I like it, I can only ever appreciate HCT's height from a distance, close up it doesn't look much taller than alpha or orion.

Nice view we don't see often from Flickr. SH3 should stick nicely up in the right of the picture.

When you look at the minaret of the Ghamkol Sharif mosque in the Tyseley/Small Heath/Acocks Green area from the Bullring shopping centre, it merges with the chimney of the Tyseley Waste to Energy plant. It's quite a surreal view! But it also symbolises two things about Birmingham for me: ethnic diversity and industrial heritage.

I'm only saying that because seeing that minaret on Birmingham Central Mosque reminded me of that. It looks quite prominent against the skyline, despite not really being that tall. I guess it's another one of them topography situations! Thanks for posting .

VTP would be on there. There are a few cranes just right of the Rotunda which are the Etna House and Masshouse bunch. I think VTP will be either in front of the Rotunda or to the left of it. It's a tough one to work out with there so much in the foreground.
