Boxy is good Just as long as you have somewhere else where there won't be just boxes, the city of London

La Défense has boxes but also has the SG twins, EDF, Total, the Arche, CBX etc.

Although I'm not a huge fan of the two seperate clusters of highrises in the city I would still have to vote for London in this debate. Very innovative skyline nice marriage b/w old and new....so London wins my vote with Preston a close second. J/K :P

1. Frankfurt
2. Paris
3. London/Warsaw (if Istanbul i concidered an european city, then Istanbul is at third place)
5. Rotterdam
6. Naples

In 7 years:
1. London
2. Frankfurt
3. Paris/Warsaw
4. Madrid
5. Rotterdam

Btw. That first pic of London by Peyre is taken from an angle that makes the skyline look more dense and bigger. Just look at birminghancultures pic of the city of London and compare

Another one of Rotterdam. Credits go to Jan ofcourse!

Still, I'd vote for (greater-)Paris, just because it's the ultimate urban area of Europe and has the most highrise buildings.

Wrong. Neither London nor Madrid will ever pass La defense.

Major projects for the next 4 years.

Granite (construction in progress)

T1 (about to start)

CBX (Just finished)

Levallois

Exaltis (in construction)

Plaza

Meridien

Expect much more to come in 5 years time.

It is just the Londoners keep boasting about imaginary projetcs while the Parisians silently are building.
