**ASIAN SKYSCRAPERCITY FORUM--RULES** THAI FORUMERS, READ THEM!!!!

1. This forum and its server are private property. You're here only because you're invited to be here. We can revoke that invitation at any time for any reason, or no reason at all.

2. No posting intentionally inciteful commentary. Personal attacks, Trolling, Flaming, overt negativity, baiting, etc. This rule is especially applicable to forumers who hijack or troll a thread/local forum, basically just to bash the topic or participants of the thread/local forum. This also applies to forumers who persistently engage in posting news articles with an agenda as identified by the ASF staffers.

3. Expression of hate. We do not tolerate hateful messages. This includes things such as racism, sexism, xenophobia, religious bashing, open support of terrorism, homophobia, ultra nationalism or provincialism. If you generally have a problem with an entire group of people because of their nationality, religion, race of sexuality, that is your problem. Don't make it ours too.

4. No Spamming. Do not deliberately create repetitive posts or threads in the same forum. You may do so in 2 separate forums, at the moderator's discretion and as long as it is within the forum's content.

5. No Advertising. No creating threads or multiple posts of any kind about your own site, a product you sell, a group you belong to etc, without prior approval of the site Administration. Doing so will likely result in a ban.

6. All these points apply to the other sections of SSC outside the ASF forums, and forumers will be dealt with accordingly.

User options format:

7. No foul language in any portion of a user's title, sigline, location, etc.

8. Siglines must be no more than 5 horizontal lines of standard sized text, blank lines (spacing) included. Oversized text results in fewer lines permitted. Colored, flashing or otherwise distracting sigline displays can be removed at the discretion of ASF staff.

*disclaimer. The staff can alter and enforce these rules wholly at their discretion. The rules are not binding upon the staff in any way.

9. Discipline and Moderation. All ASF staffers have carte blanche authority with regards to discipline and moderating the threads in their forum. However, the following denote our intended procedures:

When encountered, we will generally lock an offending thread or delete offending content and may choose to PM the forumer(s) involved with a warning/explanation. Addditional problems can result in a Brigging from SSC for up to two weeks (during this time, a person can only view the forums and cannot post or vote). Further disciplinary problems will likely result in a forumer either being banned from ASF or SSC permanently.

10. Contact. Users who have questions about the action taken towards a particular thread, concerns about any forums or threads, or comments about how the forums are being run, managed and moderated should talk to the forum moderator indicated at the bottom right hand corner of the forum page. If there is a local moderator(s) assigned to a particular section, you are advised to approach that person(s) first, before approaching the other ASF mods or site Administrators.

..Making Threads?, Must read please. !!!!

I just want to make a clear clearification for where the threads should belong.

-New Highrise Development : For the new "HIGHRISE" developments
-Architecture and Urban Facilities : For new/interesting Projects that "NOT" subjected as "HIGHRISE".
-Siam Square : For Anything that Isnt about "BUILDINGS/CONSTRUCTION or any Urbanism Subjects"...Including
[Miss Universe shits, Meeting arrangement, Happy birthday, bla bla bla shits]
-Main Page : For Picture, subject posting (thus must relate to Architecture, Cities, Buildings or skyscraper).

Clear enough?

Threads that made where it isnt belong, will be removed immedietly.
