I agree, the whole idea of starchitecture relies upon the idea that the buildings don't necessarily have to be too tall. Smaller buildings with astonishing designs should be welcome in here.

The greatest piece of starchitecture in that area so far! Heatherwick Studios are absolute geniuses.
My favorite aspect is the one that you get to walk in - between both buildings. Oddly a very private experience, almost like walking down an old European street.

That Heatherwick building is in the wrong place ... too much crowding the High Line ...

Nearly all of the developers behind these buildings crowding the High Line should be homeless. Same with the city bureaucrats that gave the approval for them.
