FYI & reminder, this 'Bukit Kukus' link road is NOT part of PTMP meh hehehe !!!

ps it is being built by MBPP (& several nearby developers) to alleviate current (& future) traffic congestion along roads within the areas !!!

Transport Ministry green-lights Bayan Lepas LRT project

However, the state would have to exhibit documents of the project for a three-month period and the final go-ahead will only be decided after public response are evaluated, said Loke

"After evaluating ...., another application for confirmed approval has to be submitted," said Loke in the statement

ps very weird - approval given but has to submit again for 'confirmed approval' eh hehehe !!!

Finally for Penang! After Selangor, another state will have LRT and love that the airport will be linked. Hope the NIMBY situation won't be a massive obstacle.

The airport link by LRT will make Penang tremendous attractive and is the first airport in Msia and not so many airports in the world did that.

Wondering whether KV's MRT1, MRT2, LRT3, etc... had gone through the same process as Penang's LRT eh ???

KV's MRT, LRT & etc = Plan by APAD > Approve by APAD

Penang LRT = Plan by state > submit by state > APAD don't feel like it then go back to state > submit again by state > APAD set condition to state > state apply again LOL........ But wait, why federal APAD never do their job on PTMP like what they did in KV and Johor?

However, now we all know Northern Region Transport Masterplan of SPAD while they were dragging of approving or discussing the PTMP with Penang state is a lie~~

As what had been suspected, this Northern Region Transport Master Plan was just a 'smokescreen' by SPAD to be used against PTMP meh !!!
