There are three 200+ towers under construction and one 400+ in preparation in Moscow city, also there are many smaller highrises build around the cluster (not to mention all the skyscrapers build in other parts of Moscow). I would say, the transformation of Moscows skyline will be much more visible in the next 5-10 years then London.

You are too ill-informed about the development project of Moscow (and possibly London too) so that I can argue with you.

Moscow : (0x4)+(6x3)+(10x2)+(155x1)+(3)= 196 Points

Istanbul : (0x4)+(0x3)+(8x2)+(138x1)+(2) = 156 Points

London : (0x4)+(1x3)+(7x2)+(76x1)+(3) = 96 Points

Paris : (0x4)+(0x3)+(2x2)+(74x1)+(2) = 80 Points

Kiev : (0x4)+(0x3)+(0x2)+(46x1)+(1) = 47 Points

Frankfurt : (0x4)+(0x3)+(5x2)+(30x1)+(2) = 42 Points

Benidorm : (0x4)+(0x3)+(0x2)+(26x1)+(1) = 27 Points

Warsaw : (0x4)+(0x3)+(2x2)+(19x1)+(2) = 25 Points

Rotterdam : (0x4)+(0x3)+(0x2)+(21x1)+(2) = 23 Points

Madrid : (0x4)+(0x3)+(4x2)+(10x1)+(2) = 20 Points

Milan : (0x4)+(0x3)+(2x2)+(10x1)+(2) = 16 Points

Izmir : (0x4)+(0x3)+(3x2)+(7x1)+(2) = 15 Points

Yekaterinburg : (0x4)+(0x3)+(1x2)+(11x1)+(2) = 15 Points

The Hague : (0x4)+(0x3)+(0x2)+(9x1)+(2) = 11 Points

Manchester : (0x4)+(0x3)+(1x2)+(7x1)+(2) = 11 Points

I think Warsaw should get 28 points (we have 20 - 100+ and 3 - 200+ buildings)

Also under construction in Warsaw currently we have further 13 points (8 - 100+, 1 - 200+ and 1 - 300+)

Why Vienna is not on the list?

@Art Nouveau City

I had had a better opinion of London's development before your demonstration. Now I am sure about Moscow's dominance in the future.

This list of U/C development is not very complete but it gives an idea of what is happening in Moscow:

One Tower - 404m

Neva Towers - 297m

Grand Tower - 283m

Capital Towers - 267m, 267m, 267m

Wellton Towers - 195m, 179m, 162m

Sberbank City - 193m, 168m (both T/O)

D1 - 191m, 191m, 103m

Silver - 182m

Nebo - 176m, 176m, 176m

Headliner - 175m, 175m, 175m, 170m, 170m (plus 2 or 3 other towers 100m+)

Alcon III - 168m

Crystal - ~160m

Capital's Heart - 156m, 133m, 132m

Prime Park - 148m, 148m, 148m, 148m, 144m, 137m, 127m, 117m

Seliger City - 146m, 128m

Fili City - 144m, 143m, 123m, 108m

Krylia - 139m, 126m, 113m

Level Amurskaya - 130m, 130m, 130m, 130m, 126m, 109m

Festival Park - 128m, 128m, 128m

Polarnaya 25 - ~120m, ~120m, ~120m, ~120m, ~120m, ~120m

Impuls - 120m, 120m, 120m

RosOboronExport - 119m

Nevsky - 117m

Onyx Deluxe - 110m

Discovery Park - 100m

Rostech City - 100m

Fresh - 100m, 100m, 100m

Of course, there are much more approved towers and projects. There's no sense in competing with Moscow in terms of 100m+ buildings.

According to Moscow authorities three times more land is bought for highrise development in Moscow now than 5 years ago (when land was bought for current U/C projects). Moreover, there is far less bureaucracy now and all the permissions are awarded in 6-7 months now (it took up to 2 years back then).

Conclusion:
Number of 150m+ towers U/C
London 18
Moscow 25
Number of 300m+ towers U/C
London 0
Moscow 1

You forgot three towers
Completed
(0x4) + (0x3) + (2x2) + (13x1) + (2) = 19

If we count also those currently U/C
(0x4) + (0x3) + (2x2) + (16x1) + (2) = 22

Is that all you can show? It's not impressive.

I think the only completed & T/O towers must be considered in the rating (on list).

1. That's a list I compiled myself. It is not complete, as I have mentioned.
2. It may be not impressive, however, it is objectively more and higher than London

because 404m, 297m, 283m >278m
because 1 > 0
because 25 > 18

Do you use these websites?: http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?cityID=14
https://www.emporis.com/city/100839/moscow-russia

Everyone can see the growth and disparity of each city. Moscow has many more high-rises, but London has better quality and more projects under construction.

You can have a 1000 150+ towers, but if they’re all commieblocks of about the same height they don’t make a skyline. Moscows only skyline is the business cluster (forgot it’s name) which is higher than London’s city cluster, but has about the same buildup and because London also has varying heights (built and planned) from Vauxhall all the way to the olympic stadium London wins for me.

The skyscrapers in Moscow arent "commieblocks" at all.
