The extension of the blue line to the north and south in Stockholm is estimated to 30 GSEK, about €3 billion for 19 km in total and 10 stations, so about 160 MEUR/km.

These prices seem fairly typical. The cheapest are about half this, the most expensive more than ten times as much. The latter ones are the ones with massive cost overruns, and we won't know how the Scandinavian projects will actually perform until they are finished. Generally we have become fairly good at cost control (he said, casting a glance to Follobanen), so more often than not the tunnel projects are on time, on budget.

Costs per length (km) doesn't make much sense for metro projects anyways, as stations take up such a large portion of the total budget.
Follobanen shows you how bad corruption/lack of proper management can go in Scandinavia, imo. And with the current 30.7 bio NOK (without any new stations!) you're looking at 143 mio EUR/km.
