Manilla reminds me of Tokyo, in their both semi-coreless. Their skyscrapers are scattered and random, not compressed like European or American cities

I guess it could count, but I was looking more for cities with two or more very distinct clusters.

I'd say Dubai is the most famous example of exactly two (no more, no less) major skylines. Though there are some smaller additional ones by now.

London should count as well. Again there's some smaller additional skylines coming up, but only two major big ones.

New York City is way past that of course since the skylines in Brooklyn and Queens started to explode, but depending on further development around the Journal Square area Jersey City might qualify for the question in a few years.

The first ones that spring to mind are Vancouver, Los Angeles, Toronto, New York, Miami, Manila, and Dubai. The City of Toronto has 2 major clusters (Downtown and North York City Centre)
with 3 more (Eglinton/Yonge, Humber Bay Shores, Scarborough Town Centre) at the early stages of development. If one includes all of metro Toronto there are 14 clusters in total. For the Greater
Golden Horseshoe the number jumps to 25 clusters.

Mexico City for its size throughout the last few has generated 5 skylines spaced from each other, they are Paseo de la Reforma - Centro Historico, Insurgentes, Polanco - Nuevo Polanco, Santa Fe and Interlomas.

Philadelphia is beginning to develop two nodes separated by the Schuylkill. Central Philly and University City (future home to Schuylkill Yards)

Just a reminder!

Edit: Actually, you know what, it's fine. I just don't want there to be lots of pictures of commonly seen vantage points of skylines, that's all. It's also okay to give a general introduction to the multiple skylines of a city.

DUBAI

I would say Dubai has 3 Distinct skylines

1-Old Dubai (over looking the creek)

2-New Dubai (SZR + down town Dubai)

this picture combines number 1 and 2, 1 on the left and 2 on the right

3-Dubai Marina (JBR + JLT + the tallest block in the world)

Dubai should be getting a 4th skyline , the Dubai creek tower (hopefully not cancelled) will be 1300 + meters tall and have a downtown area larger than the one found near the Burj Khalifah

some pictures of the area

I was very impressed by this photo showing both the Marina and Downtown.

Your stretch DUBAI out a bit, no? There's only two skylines, downtown and it's environs, and the marina and it's environs, I wouldn't consider the other two/three skylines individually.

I wouldn't say that. The below skyline was Dubai's only skyline up until the early 2000s. Then the construction boom happened 10 and 28 km away

The buildings are short indeed but still definitely a skyline
