Drove this way for the first time in a long time. Wow this is a big development. Pleased something happening here. Hopefully it will spur rest of butts development in to life.

I go past it every day. It's quite a landmark! I hope they do something with the land facing the street, though.

Is this the extracare that was planned for Coventry or is this from a different developer?

This is huge, it really dominates the skyline driving down into the Butts from Earlsdon.

I'm surprised at how low the number of apartments are, when compared with their other schemes footprint looks to be similar but this is atleast double the height of the others

Great looking building, love the mix of materials, the clean lines.

This is a top class looking building for me.

Notice also the other side of the old building in front of it is being developed now.

Bedford Street looking as Beautiful as ever I see!!

They seem to be doing some work in the old college as well, maybe refurbishing it as office space.
