I'm ok with the proposed route as long that the met the following

1. Seamless connectivity with existing/proposed lines
2. Unified Payment method
3. Heavy Rail with double tracks for congested areas (Zapote, Sucat)

If matuloy nga 'to, they'll probably need another station near Bahayang Pag-asa. Andaming nag-o-opisina sa area na yan.

Currently the only fully integrated heavy railway system that is undersconstruction is PNRs NSRP and MMSP.

Hope DoTr and NEDA would insist and require seamless transfer and connectivity between different lines for all projects before they get approved.

I'd rather have the MMSP Phase 2 instead of this.

They could make the Sucat and Zapote as spur lines to LRT 1 extension though.

Looking again at Prime Asset Ventures' proposed Line 6 alignment, I realized their proposed route does not pass through Imus which I think defeats the purpose of the line which is to serve the growth areas of Imus and Dasmariñas.

Besides the proposed south extension of the Mega Manila Subway will mostly utilize the same Dasmariñas route they are proposing anyway:

If PAV is intent on building Line 6, they should find a way that it would serve Imus as originally intended.

May JICA study na ung MMSP Phase 2 so siguro naman i-icoconsider ng NEDA to when they turn down this unsolicited proposal.

Madam yan kasi lumalabas sa FS. When I was in Japan mostly in Tokyo there so many railway lines radiate (arterial) from central tokyo. And they even have parallel lines (4 tracks eg. Joban Lines) that serves one route. They have seen a real probable cause why these two projects needs to coincide..

Ha? Seryoso ka ba? Panong walang problema eh hindi na nga dadaanan ng LRT 6 na unssolicited ung mga densely populated communities sa Imus and Dasma (in favor of Laguna and East Dasma) which is part of the original plan.

So dalawa pwede kalabasan: 1) ung MMSP phase 2 alignment stays the same in which case mawawalan ng access ung dapat ung Imus and Dasma areas dahil sa redundancy sa Molino Paliparan road

or 2) ung MMSP phase 2 ang iaadjust para maservice ung Imus and Salitran areas na malalaktawan ng unsolicited version ng LRT 6 in which case sana sinundan na lang nila ung original proposals for the two lines.

Does this not look like a problem to you?

Hmm, the new alignment sa unsolicited proposal ng Prime improves the connectivity of the Vista properties in the Dasma and Laguna areas.

Makes business sense for Prime to do this, but imo, still a poor choice for the people.
