Looks like a nice smaller city. Their tallest buildings aren't going to win any design awards, but they do work well together. They also appear to have a nice riverwalk.

Isn't Evansville home to one of America's most famous haunted libraries?

Has a compact skyline with a city population above 100,000. I give 5.5

Evansville is actually a nice little city! The riverwalk is very nice and there are some terrific historic river 'hoods.

Very little skyline for a 350.000 people city and skyscrapers aren't pretty. So I give a 4 for Evansville.

In addition, the empty plots and so many low rise buildings in downtown, besides the nice waterfront gives to Evansville great growing opportunities.

4/10, can be proud to be better than Flint, Michigan and Lubbock, Texas.
