Harper Road | Student Accommodation | 3-6fl | U/C

Development on the site of the former Dairy Crest Distribution Depot on Harper Road. Proposal for the erection of a three to six-storey student residential building containing 50 cluster flats totaling 266 student bedrooms with associated amenity space, communal facilities, bicycle parking and landscaping.

The old Dairy Crest building was at the other end of the street to the photos. I have not been sure what I have been photographing along the road. I just keep on clicking.

Yeah, the Dairy Crest development is proceeding based on the application above. The adjacent site which I think your photos show, has an application for demolition, but nothing beyond that I don't believe.

I swear a lot of student halls developments miss a trick by not incorporating enough bicycle storage facilities in them.
