I wonder if the Gateway is sharing painters with the Newport Bridge? They don't seem in any hurry to complete the half-done white paint job on the main building.

Worrying news as The Gateway owners, Keiro Group, enter administration. Buyers are being sought for this site and The Chase Park Neuro Centre up in Gateshead. Here's The Gazette article:

Over thirty parties expressed an interest, but the administrator wasn't able attract a purchaser for the Gateway. Such a shame for the patients and staff.

Each time Middlehaven's redevelopment gains some semblance of momentum it's hit with another setback!
