It's not illegal in Macau.. POGOs are here because offices spaces in Manila have the most competitive prices per sqm of space in the region and enjoys complete freedom on internet site connections.. (only pornsites are regulated) Plus our laws ard culture is very open where gambling is socially and culturally accepted. Add to that is the Philippines have superb number of IT workforce (only India is bigger) that provides top notch services at lower costs.. It's more economical for Japan and US based casinos to have their Offshore Gaming support outsourced... Actually there are already Singaporean, Australian and Vegas Casinos that are supported by POGOs.. These relocators are here to cut down costs.. So Japan is not really a long shot..

Hopefully our countrymen become aware of incoming and future opportunities than insisting their "PRIDE" for having phobias to a certain country.

Cebu Landmasters, Xavier-Ateneo in talks over new campus in Cagayan de Oro
source: GMA News
Quote:
Listed property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) on Wednesday said it is in talks to develop the 63.5-hectare Manresa property of Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan (XU) in Cagayan de Oro.

The property developer has received a Notice of Interest from XU after the university’s board of trustees picked its masterplan.

CLI proposed to acquire a 14.3-hectare portion of Manresa for an integrated development—commercial, residential, office, and leisure—in the campus town.

CLI also intends to acquire a portion of XU’s Corrales campus and convert this into downtown CDO’s central business district.

3rd is already OK.. Can't realistically and sustainably beat the other two countries because they are technically Communists.. Their form of government gives them plenty of advantages especially on implementation of business rules and practices which makes manufacturing economy exponentially effective..

Having tangible output is still better than paper achievements nobody can see and feel.

They should move everything out of that campus except for their professional schools.
