What's the location for this stadium? In the current location or in a new one? Btw wikipedia says this stadium is the renovation of the present stadium - Polish Army Stadium. Is it true?

I don't think that there should be any skyscrapers in this area,
they might overshadow the stadium, and that wouldn't be a good thing

It (if at all will be built) is going to stay where it is now, although only historical facade of the main stand will remain. Rest will be new.

True. Warsaw's "city" is too spread out already...

This Hala Wielofunkcyjna venue is presumably a track cycling venue. Can most of the seats be far away from the field?

Never heard of Poland being any good at basketball. Everyone knows about Lithuania who are to basketball what New Zealand are to rugby.

Maybe being neighboured to Lithuania has improved Polands hoop's stocks.

Our basketball is a joke. The second most popular sport here is volleyball. Basketball isn't even in top 5. Each year one polish teams play in Euroleague, but our national teams really suck (especially men).

There are two variants of the roof structure- it will either cover the stands and track, or only the stands.

It's not velodrome but multi-use arena. Visualisation is misleading. There will be take part men's Eurobasket 2009 and women's volleyball european championship.
