been there last week. the skyline of Beijing is so vast,well-planned but most of the commie block r so ugly & some were built 20-30 years ago.Dun hav many kickass scrapers.Hope in the future they can create an impressive CBD and put all the big ones there.

I really miss Beijing. It's a very impressive city.

Ok, this aint't Hongkong or Shanghai, but Beijing is a BIG city with a very impressive skyline. Look for example at the picture in post #38, OMG! Very nice picture and it shows how urban Beijing is. 8/10

I assure you, that's the very thing happening in beijing right now, new kickass scrapers are just thrusting out of the ground in the CBD.

the hugest city in china, and the coolest, great city!
if you not going to beijing, you cant feel that, pictures cant express the situation when you were there. awesome city.

i am the one who crazy in super tall building, Beijing really lack of super tall building which can be one of the landmark for this city. anyway, maybe the building height restriction may benefit Beijing and let Beijing look different from other cities in China or even in the world.

i give 6.5/10

Just because it's the capital of China, it can't have many ckyscapers, otherwise it lost its classical flavor...
