7/10- ugly buildings, but nicely developed for such a remote city.

Very urbanized. Some of the buildings have Muslim influences.
3 below? This wonderful city doesn't deserve that.

So close to Afghanistan and mideast... don't know good or bad...
I see so many buildings are being built, who knows when would they be finished?
