ang saya nito once the subway has completed as well. living in rural Laguna will be more attractive. drive to Los Banos then take a train up to FTI then subway to Market Market.

You don't have to endure 2-3hours of traffic going to your work

What would be nice (I didn't look at the pdf files) is parking area around the stations esp outside of Manila for paid parking so people can park and ride. That would be a game changer on how people move/commute to work. I guess when this is done I can visit friends in Calamba, visit Los Banos for the day. Just waiting for the Bicol extension, so I can visit friends in Tayabas, and even Legazpi by train and escape the sh!h0l& called Manila.

This is why I want our railways to be rehabilitated and be alive again - this can greatly decongest MM and spur development in the provinces.

Bakit ang daming tao sa Maynila? Isang rason - ang daming nakatira na mga trabahador dun [me included].

Eh kung efficient na mass transpo na madali ng makauwi ng kalapit/karating probinsiya, eh di swabe...

As of Jan 2018 EMB for Solis to Los Banos EMT Commuter Railway was finally ssubmitted by DOTR to DENR.

This is the most important part para maasagot na ang ating mga tanong once and for all, and I quote from the study:

Oo nga.. Duda ko lang magpalitan muna sila ng Lupa.. Sa UPLB na ang Photo Tuntungin, tapos 13 hectares naman ng UPLB mapupunta sa PNR.

Di nyo alam ang sinasabi nyo napakalyo na un lugar na Putho-Tuntungin puntahan nyo ang lugar at ng makita nyo..

Di pala Putho-Tuntungin, dun lang sa meh bukana ng IPB road going to Collegeville (mea cupla Boss WoS.) Basta yung likod ng bundok na yun ay PNR property talaga, at alam yan ng mga nakatira diyan.

@Squadron: Mas okay siguro yung parallel sa Pili Drive sa UP-CA experimental farm yung depot at hindi perpendicular sa RROW. Masisira view ng IRRI.

Mayron pa malapit sa IPB complex (see google Map) Approx. 30 Hectares
Wala Squatter Pag aari ng UPLB/Government.
