Hopefully they will clean up the surroundings before it opens, but I doubt it.
It's typical in Morocco, to finish the main structure, but the surroundings (like sidewalks, lights, signs) are still a mess.

In the north sure it would be clean up but in Casablanca we all know the mess will stick around and no one will clean it up , you will see garbage all over the place very soon by that bridge and you will see ugly graffiti :ohno:

you are right , i guess people didn't notice the improvements that happened in cities like RABAT and casablanca lately , things are getting better and better in all aspects ...

i was gladly surprised to see rabat getting as good as any European citiy i'll say even better ( i'm talking about places i've visited , so maybe my jugement is imprecise but massive improvements are there ) , and casablanca is getting better and better ( more greenery , they've fixed the intra urban highway , a lot of avenues and streets all over the place , and even cleanness is improving , i know it's not what we wished for yet , but i already like the efforts done and i think if they continue like that , we'll get some really good cities in the near future .
