menurut gw sih, even though proyeknya lewat dari yg dijadwalkan ato speknya rada beda ama yg dijanjiin, at least proyeknya ga mangkrak, itu yg penting.
kalo sampe mangkrak n di beberapa proyek ampe dibalikin duitnya cm 20%, itu sih parah bgt..

gw sendiri sbg konsumen, telat2 dikit ya gpp, kan bangun apartemen dengan lantai ampe 30++, pasti bikin base/pondasinya harus kuat.. bukan sehari jadi.. *maap kalo salah ngom, bukan org tehnik*

well, anyway, this is only my opinion aja..

AS sih cukup OK lah sebagai developer, sial2 molor 18 bulan..

tapi yang jadi permasalahan itu bukan AS nya, tapi kawasan Kemayoran itu sendiri..

berita terakhir simpang siur.. kampung atlet, rusun.. katanya bisa gak jadi.. dll.. keliatannya butuh puluhan tahun lagi biar kemayoran bisa jadi CBD..

IMO untuk 10 taon kedepan keliatannya masih so so.. bisa jadi bad investment

cepet juga ya.. gw kira bakal lama seperti si MTA

kemayoran skrg makin runyam, tarik2an antara DKI vs DPRD (PPK Kemayoran)

yang menang siapa pun gak akan bikin jadi bagus.. kalo yang menang DKI, bakal jadi kawasan murah / low class.. kalo yg menang PPK Kemayoran, gitu2 aja.. 100 taon lagi juga gak ada yg berubah..

Lapangan Golf lokasinya khan diujung. sementara MJ dekat dengan Jl Industri.
dan kawasan pasar mobil kemayoran juga katanya mau dibangun group lippo. mungkin 1-2 tahun lagi ? (ada yang punya info?)
dulu rencananya kemayoran dibagi dua sisi. satu sisi hunian. sisi lain komersial.
tapi ciputra tower kok ada disisi hunian ya ?

sering dapet broadcast dari agen2 nya.. bilang ada yang ganti unit.. jadi ada beberapa unit yang balik ke harga awal.. kapan lagi.. segera beli..

Pagar terlalu tinggi juga udah galian kebawah jadi gak berasa. Walaupun dibawah sana pasti kelihatan banyak alat proyek
