ked tak pozeram na tu fotku, predstavte si ze by cela ta plocha bola zastavana mrakodrapmi. Vsetky nase vyskove budovy by boli na tom jednom mieste. Pravdaze by sa musela ta architektura prisposobyt. Je to taky moj sen

Hmm, takze ta budova so sedlovou strechou, budova v popredi, aj ta T-ckova budova (ZSE ci DPB?) budu zachovane. Inak som zvedavy na moznosti parkovania v podzemi, kedze ako pozeram, projekt nerata so ZIADNYMI vonkajsimi statiami, akurat elminuje prakticky vsetky porvchove kapacity. Zaroven sa mi paci ako "idealizuje" hlavne tym parkom, pred budovou SND...

ta budova v poprdi je ZSE/e.on ..
mno uvidime co z toho realne nakoniec bude kazdopadne doprava tam bude kolabovat... skoda, ze tam nedaju aspon vyhladovo koridor na nivsku radialu

ten projekt sa mi este viac teraz paci...je super, ze sa nerozhodli ist HB reavis cestou...vsetko zburat....(a nechat tak...)

ano je sice fajn ze to malu zltu nechaju, ale tu Tckovu socikovsku haraburdu mohli zrusit.. ved to je otrasne.. a ak ju tam nechaju, tak pevne verim, ze jej spravia poriadny facelift a nie daky nater z baumaxu z vypredaja..

myslim, ze tento projekt mozme hodit do "on hold".
penta sa ide sustredit hlavne na dostavanie dp3 a borov. culenovu zevraj planuju niekomu odpredat, co v dnesnej dobe moze byt na dost dlho. ak to aj niekto kupi, nepoznam na slovensku developera, ktory by sa na tomto pozemku odvazil postavit nieco podobne, ako navrhla zaha. napada ma JaT, kedze by sa im to mohlo hodit k pozemkom, ktore uz v okoli vlastnia. tiez na tom nie su zrovna najlepsie a dobre vieme, ako sa spravaju k architekture navrhnutej svetovymi menami (RP). asi najsmutnejsia sprava, co som sa tento tyzden ohladom BA developingu dozvedel.

ani, nie ze JPP... Penta ma prioritu 1 dokoncit DP, priorita dva su bory, a priorita tri su bohacky v zahorskej.

Culenova je zrazu pre nich moc dlhodoby projekt.. Povodne chceli uz buduci rok stavat, ale to nehrozi.. Ergo pre pentu umrtvene peniaze a to je pre nich strata

Zahy (ak sa to potvrdi) je skoda, ale dalo sa to cakat...

Tak neviem, ci kriza developingu a vystavbe v BA pomohla alebo uskodila. Na jednej strane sa zabrzdil ten predchadzajuci nekontrolovatelny "hura" styl hromadnej vystavby, kedy si kazdy staval co chcel a kde chcel a cele mesto sa menilo na nesurodu betonovu dzunglu bez akejkolvek sirsej koncepcie ci vizie, na druhu stanu kvoli krize zakapalo aj viacero zaujimavych projektov (vratane Zahy ci susediaceho Twin City), namiesto ktorych zacinaju vznikat nezaujimave, lacne nahrazky.

Hold, za pozemok dali miliardu. Je otazne ci ma ten pozemok aj teraz taku hodnotu, alebo tato poklesla. Osobne celkom pochybujem, ze sa im ho podari odpredat za to, za co ho kupili. Kazdopadne, aj ked je projekt od Zahy pekny, tak v BA by si nenasiel kupujucich, takze to je pre Pentu, aktualne masovo investujucu do svojej "Healthcare" dividzie naozaj zbytocny kseft. Ked si vezmeme, kolko kancelarskych priestorov sa coskoro dokonci, resp. kolko je volnych, tak maju na cas pokoj o bytoch nehovoriac. CBC, Westend, Central, DP3 + volne kapacity po Orange, T-mobile (defacto takmer cela MT1) ... na par rokov vystarano.

tak ja neviem, len oficialne cisla hovoria, ze miera neobsadenosti v bratislave je cca 9pct, co je siroko-daleko v regione najnizsie cislo a nepredpoveda sa nejaky brutalny narast, skor naopak... :-)

Projekt, tak ako ho navrhla pôvodne Zaha, je nerealizovateľný aj kvôli trase TEN-T, ktorá prechádza cez všetky tri objekty v severozápadnej časti územia. Penta sa proti tomu dosť búrila pri vydávaní územného rozhodnutia, nakoniec to dopadlo kompromisom, ktorý počíta so zmenou projektu.
