No to si ja neviem moc predstavit, ze ludia pojdu jednu zastavku vlakom aby prestupili na elektricku? A hlavne ten prestupny bod dnes je dost daleko, cize ak by sa urobila zastavka ZSR pod estakdou Jantarova, tak zastavka je az pri TPD co nie je zas idealna vzdialenost pre prestupny uzol. A zaroven by neobsluzila ani Digital park, ktory je dost daleko, ci uz od elektricky alebo od zeleznicnej stanici Petrzalka. A robit zastavku za Digital parkom v byvalom priestore pre Autovlak je zas nezmysel, lebo uz vobec nie je pripoj na elektricku.

Cize ked to zhrniem tato vetva by obsuluzila idealne velke mnozstvo ludi, zapojila by BID cez zeleznice a netrebalo by ani budovat zastavku na zeleznicnej trati.

Ak si dobre pamatam, nieco podobne je v Dopravnom genereli - akurat nie po Farskeho, ale po Rusovskej.

Myslim si ze tato veta by sa vedela uzivit, ale musime si dat pozot na kapacitu Stareho mosta - to bude pre Petrzalku bottleneck.

Petrzalska hlavna vetva potrebuje urcitu frekvenciu aby obsluzila celu Petrzalsku centralnu os. Povedzme ze centralna os potrebuje 20 odjazdov za hodinu kazdym smerom. A potom nam zostava tak 10-16 odjazdov za hodinu (odhadujem kapacitu mosta na 30-36 vlakov za hodinu - co je asi prehnane - taku kapacitu ma metro) pre ine vetvy. To mi pride vhodne maximalne na 1 vetvu .. inak bude kazda vetva prilis malo frekventovana aby davala zmysel. Tym padom si musime velmi dobre premysliet, kde vieme natiahnut jednu vetvu elektricky aby mala maximalny uzitok. Sem na stanicu? k Ovsistiu/E.U.?

PS: nezabudajme, ze Nove LIDO planuje, ze uz jednu vetvu odlupi od centralnej osi na ich development. Myslim, si ze ak sa tak stane, tak tu trat potiahneme k EU / starej poste / Ovsistiu a bude dobudovane kym sa nam zazrakom nepodari postavit druhe krizenie dunaja.


PS2 Kukol som si moju staru fantsy mapku, a zhodou okolnosti som tiez nakreslil tu vetvu pre Zapadnu petrzalku cez Farskeho. Teraz som prekreslil Lido vetvu ... https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Ls...9I&usp=sharing

No ako nic prevratne to nie je. Od tych slovinskych arch. som cakal nieco krajsie. Pripomina mi to Panarama City III kde sa stahovalo Lenovo.

Neprekvapili ale ani nesklamali. Ťažko spraviť niečo prevratné ak dostaneš ako vstup už naprojektovanú budovu a ty máš spraviť len fasádu. Uvidíme ako budú tie nasvietené sklené obdĺžniky vyzerať naživo.

Presne to tak isto vnímam. Je to v území, kde to nejakou ukážkovou architektúrou kancelárskych budov neprekvitá. Dokonca to ani nie je o nič horšie ako nedávno dokončené BC Einsteinova, z ktorej som teda minimálne nadšený. To už starší Digi je zaujímavejší na pohľad. Opäť táto mestská diaľnica bude s touto stavbou pôsobiť o niečo mestskejšie.
Ach keby sa už konečne nejakou kvalitnou architektúrou urbanizovalo územie dnešnej hnusnej Incheby.

tu je inak skoda, ze tu kancelarsku budovu nepotiahli vyssie. na tej juznej strane od dialnice by kludne mohli byt aj 20+ poschodove budovy je tam tak ci tak dialnica a nikomu nebudu ani tienit

celkom s tebou súhlasím, navyše by tieto 20+ poschodové budovy aspoň čiastočne zakrývali tú panelákovú masu za nimi

ak to bude spravené rozumne, tak sa nijakej hradby nebojím, predsalen dané vežiaky by sa stavali približne v jednej línii.
a aj keby to tak nebolo, osobne si myslím že radšej pohľad na sklenenú hradbu ako na masu farebného betónu

sice OT,ale doteraz nechapem, ze tieto panelaky pri krabicomandli nie su zateplene .. maju tam megaboardy a nic . pritom su tam ceny za m2 cez 3 tisic euro
