I hope the highest tower of second phase of Eurovea will be higher than Tower 115 - from the picture it isn't clear. BTW does anybody know what will be it's height?

Civil Package

Hay Guy's,
Great site. My company is very interested in this project and has asked me to do some research. Does anyone know has the Main Contractor (Civil) been awarded yet? If so can you please tell me who they are??? Also what is the standard of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Sub-Contracting like in the region?
Cheers

The Main contractor is Austrian company Bilfinger, it might have the subcontractors for the civic works, or is doing the the civic works internally, maybe the combination of both, I am not sure.

As for the mechanical and engineering, it is just my personal opinion, but I think the quality of the performed works is OK. Our techncians and construction comapanies are performing the projets abroad, anyway, here are some links to the mechanical and engineering and and electrical companies.

Great project!
Just one question! What will happen to the railroad tracks between the river and the completed development?

They will be removed. On Eurovea site had been warehouses for docks. Now are the railroads between Old bridge and Apollo useless.

Nie je to náhodou budova admirality? Zdá sa mi, že som o nej počul hovoriť ako o správe prístavu a riečnej plavby, nie ako o sklade.

Dom lodnikov isn't the real place for panorama city, but in this picture (the free space in front of tower 115) you can see the construction-place for panoram-city. Dom lodnikov was destroyed for eurovea phase 2. (i think)

and dom lodnikov (it's already destroyed)
