Klingerka by mala byť budova dnešnej Tatrabanky na Továrenskej pri Dostojevského rade
to nie je areál Gumonu - ten je napravo od mostu Apollo

nejak som z toho zmagoreny... tak kde to bude? v Gumone, alebo pri dvostojevskeho rade? Ak by to malo byt na mieste tatrabanky na plynarskej, tak ma to dost sklame, lebo tam sa 150m podla mna nehodi.. na rozdiel od Gumonu

Ako mozes teraz vediet ci sa to tam hodi,ked sa to zrejme za 5 rokov bude uplne inak doplnat s inou zastavbou ako je tam teraz.V kazdom pripade,ak je istych 150+m tak je to celkom slusne,len ci je tych 150m istych.Potom by to uz len chcelo nech aj panorama ide cez 150 tak isto aj twin city.

to bolo myslene tak, ze je to prilis blizko stareho mesta ... v tejto casti clustru sa podla mna hodia skor budovy okolo 100 m a smerom na vychod by mali gradovat. Ak to bude 150+, tak to s najvacsiou pravdepodobnostou bude jedna z dominantnych budov clustru a prave tato dominancia v blizkosti stareho mesta, na okraji clustera by mohla byt problem. Mozno to vsak nebude az take zle, pockajme si na vizualizacie.

Presne tak,pockajme na vizualizacie,ale nemozeme cakat ze najvyssie budovy sa budu nachadzat vzdy len na idealnom mieste,napriklad v strede clustru,alebo na vychode smerom k pristavu.Mas pravdu bolo by to idealne.No takto to bude mozno este dost zaujimave.V kazdom pripade by som chcel vediet ci je tento projekt isty,alebo ide len o navrhy,avakomcasovomhorizonte by mohol byt zralizovany.Takze ak mate infos sem snimi!!!

to je maxi super sprava...dufam ze to nebude vyzerat ako obycajny hranol....a jeeej s tolkymi vyskovkami ked budu majstrovstva sveta v hokei v Ba konecne prestaneme predstavovat hostel
