Yan ang mahirap dyan mayroon pa naman FB group na Sampaloc alliance na tutol sa eviction tapos may kasama pang mga komunista.

May penalty pa naman na 10% nung project kapag nadelay kaya kailangan talagang 100% ROW acquired na ito

As of thursday night, nung napadaan ako wala pang sign na magkakaroon ng demolition sa magkabilang Antipolo street.

ang dugyot ng area na yan lalo na doon sa gilid ng elementary school. Pag inabutan ko na yung wet market doon, sa antipolo street na ako nadaan. Kadugtong ba ng ibang estero sa Tondo itong estero de tutuban? Dati ko pa kasi nakikita yan nung bata pa ako. Pero dapat ayusin nila wag liiitan, taga salo kasi ng baha yan pag naulan. Nagiging Estero de Basura kapag malakas ang ulan at nabaha.

Bakit hindi nalang kasi i-integrate yung NSCR atsaka yung NLEX-SLEX Connector to save ROW and space?

Level 1 - PNR Freight
Level 2 / 3 - NSCR and Stations
Level 3 / 4 - NLEX Connector

Magkakaroon ba kaya ng Blumentritt station dyan? Kung meron naku ang taas nito, pero sana may physical connect na rin sa LRT-1 Blumentritt at lagyan narin ng walkway kagaya sa Doreteo Jose para pwede lumipat ang pasahero between sa northbound at southbpund platform.

Also imagine in the future if may mga skyscrapers dyan. Medyo cool tignan dumaan dyan parang sa Tokyo Expressway kapag gabi, yun nga lang mas mataas pa.

^ ayos yan kung ganun, umpisa na bidding ng unang part ng NSRP. Possible ongoing na yung ROWA. Kakagulat lang yung naging scope na ROW Blumentritt, dalawang kalsada sa gilid ng PNR ROW ang kinain. Kawawa doon yung isang 3rd floor building na kakatayo lang this year tapos pinapaupahan pa.

Baka kasi pwede i-negotiate ni NLEX kay PNR na mag share sila sa ROW. Diba may balita pa dati na gusto pa bilhin ni NLEX ung air-space right of way ni PNR? Pero d pumayag ata si PNR.

Makakatipid sana ang NLEX at gobyerno sa ROW Aquisition kapag nagtulungan ang NLEX at PNR. Proper urban planning kasi ang kailangan.

dapat Level 3 minimum ang NLEX kung papatong siya sa PNR ROW. supposedly lahat ng tracks ng PNR dapat nakagrade-separate na within metro manila para maiwasan ang conflict sa level crossings.
