Berlin ist führender Standort für Webvideo-Produktionen

Quote:

246 Unternehmen in Berlin.

„The absence of New York City from the Outlook’s top 10 is one indicator of this trend (see figure 4). Although the Big Apple receives top rankings in the Index—an acknowledgement of its current success, the Outlook reveals a negative trend in livability, FDI, entrepreneurship, and private investment and a general decline in the ease of doing business. The loss of the Amazon headquarters offers an example, with political backlash to the incentives the city offered to the e-commerce giant ultimately scuttling the deal. “

Europe's Most Livable Cities

Quote:

10. Berlin (world: 13)

Germany's capital, once divided, is now one of the hippest cities of them all. Berliners are embracing life and living it to the fullest. Cafes, restaurants, bars, beer gardens, music and art venues are found around every corner, making this an easy spot in which to have fun.

A little culture should be part of every visit, so don't miss the Brandenburg Gate, the fabulous old/new Reichstag, the harrowing Holocaust Memorial and the remains of the Berlin Wall. To try and understand Berlin, and to some extent Germany, make sure you explore the east and the west sides, and notice the still existing differences.

Then, back to fun. Have a "currywurst" (sausage with spicy sauce) at a street stall, and pop into what's reportedly the oldest pub in Berlin, Alt-Berlin, for a beer (or two). Then party the night away in the districts of Mitte and Prenzlauer Park.

7 best travel destinations for music lovers this summer

7. Electronica in Berlin

Quote:
Berlin is known for its heavy house music and iconic nightclubs, but in more recent years, music fans have fallen even deeper in love with the city's experimental music, or Echtzeitmusik.

You can find all kinds of experimental musics across the German capital, or the art deco theatre C-Club Berlin. Or perhaps even Europe's first music hotel, nhow, featuring two music recording studios.

It's not just electronica, the city is perfect for all kinds of music tastes, from classical concert halls to grimey underground clubs.

Quote:
2. Berlin

Germany’s capital is well-recognized as a tech-savvy business hub. It’s therefore unsurprising that this entrepreneurial city has made it on this list of the best cities for coworking.

Filled with beautiful and minimalist coworking spaces for creative professionals, the city was once home to huge brands like SoundCloud and Siemens. These offices allow for ultimate flexibility and collaboration. From Agora Collective to Factory Berlin, these spaces feature relaxing gardens and trendy cafes.

Ausgerechnet Berlin ist Deutschlands attraktivste Stadt

Quote:
