this was granted back in 2015, it's about to start construction. with one already built on riversdale rd and another to come, should be plenty of people to attract some amenity.

You like it for it will be a ghetto? or you would buy in there for it will be a cool ghetto to live in. or sarcasm is the joke.

Is there like a pedestrian over pass to the station from that side of the road? If there is one there it probably needs a revamp or modernisation .

The site was cleared a few weeks ago I saw some activity at site today with a mini excavator no idea what they did.

Not really close to Riversdale road which is the other end of Goodwood Pde.
Close to Red Castle (South Elevation pic taken from there) and close to Empire bar.
Also probably closest building to Burswood Station.

If goes well maybe vacant 98 Goodwood could be developed and something might happen to block on Stiles and Griffiths which had a sign for development then temp fencing whcih were all then taken down.

It sure will, it's a good old fashioned level crossing.

I was hoping for a modern well lit bridge or underpass...

Level crossings are still good. I guess they really need a lot more buildings completed before they can put an bridges up.

Looks more like a pile drill than a soil core machine.
