I think we're all eagerly awaiting how it will turn out. Its the same construction method as at the Coglin st project.

Couple of shots from today

it's pretty unbelievable what is happening in this part of town, there's suddenly some major development going on, i used to go to school in this area and i remember 10 years ago it was very different...

this building seems to be just massive even though its only going to be about 10 floors, and it seems to have just gone up really quickly will probably be finished by christmas or early next year

This building looks great, just the size of it is impressive

I hope the glass on this development looks similar to the glass on the CFS Hq on Waymouth St

You can see this pop up from over all the trees/airport when driving down Tapleys Hill Rd infront of the airport.

Update thanks to Ben over at S-A

For those from interstate, thats marble on the lower levels. Glass shouldn't be far away, which will make or break this building.

That building sits remarkably well into that location as it helps to "book end" that part of the street.

Also looking at the mix of low rise buildings on the opposite side of the street heading back towards the CBD relative to the new building suggests to me that most of them may well up being redeveloped along similiar lines.

Taken today, starting to look very sleek. This building has made a major impact and the granite used is just superb. Looks better in person

the glass going on this building looks pretty good. Certainly much better than the original proposal to rebuild the interior of the building that used to be there.
