Yes, the news said about 300. It's not a lot for a stadium that will fit in about 32 000, however the stadium is located very close to the city center and is in walking distance for a lot of people that live in Tirana anyway.

Great stadium! good luck with this project!!!

RFA architects are really good ones, they made a fantastic work with Spanyol Stadium in Barcelona (I love that one, fantastic preasure to the pitch in the games) and New Mestalla in Valencia is a good promise... when the club finally find the money to pay for it... I hope there, in Tirana, the good results will come too... ┐where is the money to pay for that?

greetings from Spain!!

Only the walls of the actual stadium will remain...everything else will be new.Maybe that's why they call it "renovation".

u guys will have the most modern stadium in this region of Europe.... which is great...good seeing Albania moving forward... There are talks of a stadium reconstruction of (Grbavica Stadium) in Sarajevo that will also fit 33,000 ppl ...hope it gets approved... since "Mercedes" wants to build it... then BH and Albania would be the only countries with a modern stadium... excluding Slovenia... since they already got one

is the construction being financed by the Govt of Albania or some private investor? Also, do any league teams play on this pitch, or its only national team?

The government, uefa, the Albanian soccer FA, and a few private investors will all finance it.

awesome! hope the facade finishes though are appropriate.

Would prefer something like a mesh or semi-transparent facade, such that it is part of the surrounds rather than a giant obstacle or structure
