That's a pretty decent occupancy at this point, for only being open for 5 months

Looks like a good place for an Apple store to me. Or I'd still love to see a multi-level flagship one in Minneapolis. Maybe squeeze one in right between this and the Xcel Energy like we were discussing a while back (someone had a cool rendering/photoshop of one), but again have it be a 2-3 stories. It'd be neat to see like an all glass build and some neat big lit-up spiral staircase in the middle. Sorry just day dreaming a little here...

why is there a 20% disparity between leased and occupied units?

Some may have signed leases for occupancy a few months down the road. Or they could be reserved by downtown based companies to use for visitors or temp workers.
