As regards Centre City - I quite like it, (each to their own) but admit it definitely needs a good scrub - a few years back it had some decent lighting, but sadly that seems to have disappeared.

Unless I’m getting confused! As we have City Centre House on Union Street and Centre City Tower on Hill Street - if the former I couldn’t agree more!

I do wonder sometimes why owners of buildings can’t be bothered to keep their buildings in good nick.
Yeah I meant city centre house on union street. It somehow manages to make a tower look like an industrial warehouse. Awful building. That whole quarter needs raising to the ground in honesty. Hopefully the martineau place development will make the site attractive to development one day.

My and my mate played with a drone again on Sunday. We went to Small Heath park, not the best place but still managed to get some cracking shots but next time we'll definitely position ourselves closer to the city centre.

What a greta vantage point.

The Broad Street skyline with another half a dozen 80-193m tower's is going to look pretty special.

It's gone eight. Reiss will be banging his own drum down Broad Street by now, Brum X!

We need a tower in between centre city tower and 103 Colmore Row but where could we build one so there is a continuous line of towers stretching all the way from 5ways tower to One Eastside ??

Bloc Hotel will be behind centre city tower, maybe if they knocked down the old Midland red bus station/TK Maxx, yes that would be perfect a 150 metre tower on this site right in the heart of the city

I'd imagine that the 22 storey hotel at Paradise could do the trick, if it ever sees the light of day that is

You should be able to see One Centenary Way - assume it will be just to the right of Centre City Tower - height wise it’s a 3 metres taller than Bank House (to the right of The Rotunda).

I quite like a bit of a gap though as it will give 103 prominence

Great pic - the top end of Great Charles Street remains an unloved backwater - it was like that back in the 80s!
