^Stunning photos. Honeycomb buildings of steel and glass always have a great finish. They are also cheaper and faster to build. Then after years in skyscraper city it should naturally come as a basic principle that cost varies with the type of build. You can't compare UAP concrete skyscraper cost and Prism.

Stunning on the outside and descent on the inside. I get the price variations to some level(and if it is not involving a govt owned project). All I was implyinng is $$ is not everything when it comes to having a beautiful building.

If only people in govt were working in the best interest of Kenyans, 12B can go a long way to build 10 such buildings and house many govt agencies. We spend billions on overquoted rent and when govt builds we end up with projects like Hazina.

You just might get your wish. It was featured in a music video recently.
(Hopefully the lass in the video comes as part of the package )

I don't think that's Prism. I can see FCB Mihrab in the background this must be on top of Sifa Tower.

Do drive around town at night, Globe roundabout overpass into town or Waiyaki way around Uon/Chiromo or Ralph Bunche just after Statehouse or Statehouse Rd headed towards Integrity Centre, or Mbagathi Way/Ngong Rd Round about. Just give it a try, carry a good camera with you.

They must be "running lights". Its just that when the camera took the picture the lights were in that pattern.

The lights are indeed poor unless there is a party trick we are still yet to be shown. They are not moving, showing a clear pattern or flickering so the unlit parts are gaps as if after installation there are major defects. Randon colours allover and the pic above makes it look better than its is.

I do hope its not the case as I assume the owner would want a better finish and Chinese wouldn't come all the way to setup such lighting.
