It's right next to nssf, very sure they were digging the foundation, trucks going in and out with soil and excavators digging, like three excavators

That's fantastic news.

Hopefully someone will grace us with photos.

Passed there this morning and excavation is ongoing. There is a small signboard on excavation but couldn't capture it on photo.

With the elevation of that location, a 30 floor tower would really stick out above any nearby building.

This site shouldn't be confused with the nssf 10 storey parking building that stalled for decades before it was built. This site used to have an old school unused cottage. I'm finally glad its been put to better use.

Somebody now call Montave and Pinacle and tell them to get their act together. Did Nrb 88 start digging? It would be exciting to see all these rise simultaneously. Its worth to note that there hasn't been any new proposed building in upperhill in the last couple years. We can only cross our fingers that there is something in the works

No new buildings because of the land prices.

It's about time govt starts taxing these guys heftily to curb on speculation and raise cash. It'd absurd how real estate is minting out billionaires yet we barely pay any taxes on property and land in KE
Ngara is the next frontier.

You were just bumping an old thread with zero updates .........ngara and bigbird25 brought us some updates and that's the difference.
I'm very happy to see progress on this one...

Either one or both of them need to sit down and have a serious chat with AVIC.

I think they need help. Technical and financial.

Pinnacle is one of those projects where i won't be surprised if they came back with a redesign but an upgrade..the owners are hell bent on height and are loaded ...no doubt. Montave will happen albeit slow. They may have to partner with someone if they have a cash crunch, but will ultimately happen.I try email them and pose as investor..someone in nrb who is curious enough can call. Mwas uko wapi..? Clear the air

Just a hunch. Sequence of events doesn't convince me that all is well.
