Nice looking scheme overall, great to see such a usable public space in this area. And as mentioned, great to see brick rather than plastic looking cladding. I was thinking though, isn't the Newhall Street area ideal for tall buildings, given it's already got quite a few taller buildings in the area?

The interaction with the canal is great. So many schemes have treated the canal as a 'view' commanding a premium. As opposed to an integral part of the schemes. Nice to see

Very nice development. The massing looks great and I love the brick.. will definitely enhance the area. Would much rather have loads of solid looking builds like this instead of plastic cladding towers lol. Thumbs up from me

Great looking designs, and this section of canal has a great potential to connect Paradise and the JQ. Really like the design of Elkington House, more like this please!

A few more details.

I think the concept fits in perfectly here; nothing jarring, loud or outrageous. Just subtle, pleasing on the eye and a good place to live.

Didn't realise this is where the old Science Museum used to be before it upped-sticks to Millennium Point!

Love this. The first render looks really good. Seems a lot higher quality than a lot of Jewellery quarter new builds too.

Smart, considered design. Very happy with that - I got worried where this scheme was going after the horrific apart-hotel they built on the site.
