Popped into HMV on Friday - yep great store and very busy. Thinking now, opposite is the old Hummingbird / Ballroom which could have housed this HMV for a similar timeframe leaving the MSCP and offices ready for a demolition opening up the space for the first phase?

If the car park brings more revenue they could do Priory Square first, build space for HMV there, then do the car parks. Plot 1 is opposite the Square Peg; does that suggest that would be in the first phase?
