I don't know the background - who are the owners of those lots, where they are located, where are located lots already owned by developer and so on. But, nobody thinks there will be family houses. Don't forget there are fields. You cannot built family house in the middle of field. If you own lot in the middle of big field without any infrastructure you can do literally nothing with it. The only profit you have is ridiculous rent from local farm for using that field.

In Kia case the biggest issue was price. 99% of owners would sell their lots for only a bit bigger price than that which was offered by state.

This probably won't be that case. Here we are not talking about expropriations, but about selling for market price which is damn high in this particular location. I doubt there will be many people who will refuse to sell their property when they can currently do nothing with it. Probably there will be some such people who will refuse it and hope the developer will pay much more, but don't forget this developer has plenty of time unlike our government in Kia case.

I didn't say there will be no speculations, I only think making this project public won't affect them. Local owners are not dumb, they know that if somebody is buying lots there he probably wants to built something there. In such big projects there are everytime problems with lots, but this is plan for 20-30 years.

I think Karlova Ves from the distance doesn't look bad. Although I'm not sure if the distance of this project is big enough.

A v nejakých 80-tych rokoch bola postavená Panoráma v Karlovke na Púpavovej ulici. Teraz sa to už volá nejako inak.

Ešte je tu aj Panorama City.

Budova Ikea zmizne

To je super správa. Každý deň okolo nej chodím, bude to fajn, keď sa to tam reurbanizuje. A v blízkosti by sa mal dorobiť aj ten pravoslávny kostol. A určite by sa hodilo aj premiestnenie benzinovej pumpy (Slovnaft), čím by sa tento priestor určite dal už úplne do poriadku.

mna by skor zaujimalo ci sa v pripade vystavby namiesto Ikey nejako vyrazne menil dizajn toho projektu, alebo to bude nieco na ten styl co tu uz bolo dost davno prezentovane, teda myslim konkretne toto:

Ako sa dalo predpokladat, beznadejne preteky o vacsieho vtaka na seba nenechali dlho cakat. Dominantna uloha primitivnejsich vzorcov rozhodovania zda sa nie je eliminovatelna ani v sofistikovanom biznise
