As long as PH were in Power, Iím sure no toll will be collected.
FYI, 4 tolls has been abolished, namely Sg Rasau, Batu 3, EDL
and Bukit Kayu Hitam. BN chooses to add toll, while PH managed
to abolish toll.

why must abolish toll? Malaysia is really lack of interstate expressway. is it financially sustainable to have a toll free with R6 standard expressway? as long as there is alternative route, i dont think there is any problem with toll just that the toll should not be money making tool of the operating company. look at others countries like indonesia or south korea, they are ambitious to build more expressway to boost the efficiency of logistic and transportation

So the significant uncompleted part in Perak are Section 11 (Beruas to Changkat Jering NSE I/C) and the JKR section between Kg Lekir and Teluk Intan right?

Because Malaysia got plenty of cheapskate lah

Its hard on the government to push forward to "do the right thing" as it's unpopular compared to Korea or Indonesia where doing the right thing is the popular thing to do.

The Google Maps didn't display a route called WCE E32 along with satellite imagery. Not just the recently opened Hutan Melintang-Teluk Intan route, but also, the Lekir-Beruas route. Plus, the Beruas-Changkat Jering route would be a bonus.
