any bldgs under 10storeys ive been putting in darwin projects thread. any actual skyscrapers have there own thread. we might have a hundred of these threads

Saw this one under construction today - it is up to ground level. It's on a steeply sloping site (falling away from the road), so I presume there's been a fair bit of work to get to this stage. Interestingly the building to the left of Civitas in this rendering is the Indonesian Consulate - I'm sure they're going to love having scores of eyes overlooking their site!

This is a good clean looking development helping to bulk up the city.

I like it. Looks pretty sturdy too which of course it has to be up there, what with those cyclones every now and again.

Finally some construction pictures of this one.

Should help the density of this end of the CBD, especially with the twin Arkabas going up a few doors down the road.

No permanent crane.
