Link to council business papers;
http://www.parracity.nsw.gov.au/your...usiness_papers

The one dated 08/07/2013 has info on this project which shows the height limits as 118m, 90m and 90m. I'd trust the 40 / 30 / 30 storey breakdown kommy linked to as well.

Parramatta's biggest project outside Parramatta Square!

Also - should the thread title say Cnr Great Western Hwy instead of Campbell Street?

Parra's supposed to be Sydney's '2nd cbd'... good to see they're finally building like it! (or even like the primary cbd if you judge it by parra square )
great to see its potential finally being realised!

North Sydney Council is too busy fighting payments for Vivid and keeping tabs of the Mayor's diary to have time to actually focus on building a city of significance.

Agree. This is the concept plan / envelope stage so safe to make that assumption and finalise the heights when the detailed designs come in

I wouldn't be suprised that this site goes on the market for sale now. Meriton would love to snap this up. He has such deep pockets.

Suspect the 200,000 m2 of office space suggested at the link above is likely a typo!

Auto Alley will remain. The council wants the dealers to stay. Obviously this will mean that we get to see glitzy showrooms like those in the inner city with offices and apartments above. The dealers will always be apart of the fabric of the street.

Nothing wrong with keeping top brand dealers and expelling the rest. A quick browse at the latest merc or bm can be quite uplifting on your way to work
