Hahah I remember Britannia hotel. It feels like a hotel in a low budget spy flick set in Cairo in 1985 with the brown windows and all the gold and marble. Such a weird spot. I’d be almost sad to see it go. Almost.

The Carrot Cars global HQ building is now the most strategic point in CW/SQ. I am not sure whether the council can force the owner to sell the place but this area needs to be redeveloped asap. Whoever lived in the area, knows that it is a nightmare to cross from SQ to CW.

It's not starting soon as they have just laid a temporary park on top of the site. I would imagine the crane is for the private members club being built in the dock.

They’ve been working on that members club forever it feels like.
