The Rise Makati [63F|res|u/c]

Wow, a shangrila residential condo at an affordable price - starts at just 2.3Mio - right in Makati CBD.

Location is along Malugay St., near at the back of the Makati Fire Station just before Talisay St. Very near Alphaland, Lerato, Columns Ayala Ave.

Will this be the lot initially proposed as SMDC's Air Residences? Or situated just adjacent Air Residences?

This lot was initially proposed as Marquee Towers. This property located adjacent to SMDC's Air Residences.

Anyway, the floor layout and design of this tower kinda reminds me the old revision of Rockwell's Iconique at Proscenium (w/o crowns).

looks like 3 towers combined, i see 6 elevators per tower

Wait, matatakpan ng mass housing? At 51 units per floor, with a total of 2,822 units, I believe this is also mass housing but tastefully done. This one is more beautiful than that adjacent mass housing edifice.

Thank God that triple tower The Marquee project never pushed-through or we wouldn't have gotten this The Rise Makati by Shangri-La.

I think the crown defines the look of the tower. Chop the top accent off and it makes the building look different.

I confirm Baby_face's statement. That's the only downside to this project - Binabaha talaga dyan sa Malugay/Yakal Sts. I used to live in that area.

Val, diba ang binabaha is yung malugay st malapit sa Linear. pero yung side mapait sa AXA sure ka binabaha rin ba?

May estero kasi in between Yakal at Bagtikan St. Depende sa tindi ng ulan. Kung masyadong maulan, umaapaw kaya binabaha yang area na yan.

Masa-sandwich pala ang fire station ng The Rise, Air Residences, Alphaland, The Columns at Lerato...magtayo na lang din ang Makati Gov. ng 50-storey Fire Station...bungga! lolz.

Well, let's just respect their business strategy...but we still owe something to SSC as well as to members dahil kung hindi sa mga posts hindi rin magkakaroon ng interest ang ibang investors/buyers sa mga projects katulad nito.

It is not about them not wanting free advertising. As a matter of fact, many developers use social networking sites such as SSC to boost their presence. However, HLURB is very strict regarding the advertising or public presentation of projects that do not have license to sell yet. If found guilty, a project can be suspended.
