I emailed their customer service and thank goodness somebody answered. Thru phone forget it.
Mine is on the 31st and was told the turn over is likely in May. Now May has 30 days and for us outside the country with work and responsibilities, we need to have a specific week so we can prepare ahead of time. Timing is crucial because we want to have time to get things fixed if needed before acceptance. They can't tell us so I will have to check sometime in March so I can get our ticket. Btw,, if the owner is husband and wife and only one can go,,, you need a power of attorney certified.

Folks, how much do you reckon would be the rental here? Planning to rent out my unit bare or semi-furnish as soon as it's turned over. Targeting family only.

90% of the demand here would be Chinese gambling workers. Maybe you can try to rent out to family of a manager level chinese.

Average pinoy's can barely speak coherent english how much more sa POGO's which required mandarin,so yeah pinoys are not very much qualified.

Chinese funded roads, that's just how they operate everywhere. They fund the project then they put their own people in it.

Well, the good thing could be that hindi na manakaw yung funding for infras but kaya ba bayaran nang taong bsyan to. Baka bloated na ang budget para pangbulsa.
O baka nakuha na yung balato bago nag umpisa ang project...kawawa.

So they are building casinos for Chinese.
Yikes,,,, a soft invasion,,,,,an extension.

Its actually more of an onlinr casino. Afaik they are not allowed to operate in China which is why online Casino companies are moving to different countries to setup and operate their online casino business. Its their way of beating the system of their government. Fyi. Theyre demand for residential condo in MOA area is so high that rental price of 24 br units their has gone up to 45k per month from 20k per month just 2 years back. This is based from my personal experience.
