Nairobi has been recognized globally as a hub for business and development on the African Continent. Its strategic location and breathtaking scenery make Nairobi a jewel which provides the inspiration for design and architecture across the region. As a tribute to this magnificent city, the building profile has been designed to appear as prisms stacked upon prism when an incident ray of light passes through the prismatic facets of a fine-cut jewel, a spectrum of vivid colours emerges The Prism tower is the jewel, the client's vision provides the ray of light and the creative productivity of Nairobi-ans is the spectrum of colours.
PRISM TOWERS: Your position of power.
Located in an desirable position on Upper Hill, The PRISM TOWER will boast of some of the most prestigious name in the corporate World. Yours could be the one of them. With next generation facilities and unmatched ambience to inspire you to transact business like tycoons the world over. If you have the ambition, this is the right Space to chart your success story.
:banana:now this sure is a milestone .this i'll be by far the most decorated buildin in say, what, east africa?we only find this in HongKong and now in Kenya.
Looking at the projects the developers behind this tower have completed in Nairobi eg. Crawford centre, Royal ICT park e.t.c. I'm optimistic about this one.
I'm suprised you got sense sometimes. True, this is what Nairobi needs to separate itself from the chaff.
Kenguy, Kisumu Ndogo et al, if you can can you post the UNEP HQs. Saw a glimpse of it somewhere, can't remember where. It suppose to be the greenest building in Africa. Its really beautiful
wowow. OK so now this is something different in the commercial sector. We've seen some great design and architecture in the residential space but thats cos there's people with a lot of money around, willing to splash tens of millions on flats and houses. But in the commercial development it generally been average, just boring highrises etc. Some exceptions ofcourse: 14 The Riverside, Sameer Business Park etc
So the Prism is set to be something else. I look fwd to it
^^will be launched early next year,it will have swimming pool, restaurants and even mini golf course in the first 4 floors and it will be 24 floors it was highlighted whole page in yesterdays standard newspaper
Nairobi's sexiest looking tower looks like its finally going to be under construction(SE9 change it to U/C and its height is 27 floors) with a very low key ground breaking ceremony. This 27 floor tower will finally join the booming developments in upper hill and i can't wait to see it rise.

Totally agree. Would have formed a perfect cluster of towers (Britam, KCB, Prism, Delta). Though given its height, it will still be visible from any location in Upperhill.
