BD Račianska a Lofty Svornosť z vnútrobloku

Inak do tlačiarne sa teraz dá pozrieť, do 22.1. tam prebieha výstava fotografií k filmu Trhlina a tiež fotografií z histórie tlačiarne, každý deň od 15h do 19h

Ja len taku zaujimavost k tej Fazulovej, ze tie pozemky a stare industrialne budovy predtym nez ich kupila Penta vlastnili na polku susediaci Hotel Saffron a na druhu polku... pozor... Vladimir Lexa starsi Len tolko k tomu ake cachre tam boli.

Tak teraz som si pozrel tu Tlaciaren Svornost a vyzera to uchvatne . To ked sa kvalitne zrekonstruuje tak Mlynica alebo Nova Cvernovka dostanu silnu konkurenciu. Dalsi Urban Market ocakavam tam.

Projekt 300 bytov medzi Karlovkou a Dúbravkou sa zmenil, ukázal aj vizualizácie

Pred vyše dvomi rokmi zverejnila spoločnosť Asid zámer postaviť v Bratislave na hranici Dúbravky a Karlovej Vsi takmer 300 bytov v dvoch polyfunkčných domoch. Projekt sa odvtedy posunul a má už aj nového investora. Realizovať by sa mohol v dohľadnej dobe, úrady ho aktuálne posudzujú z hľadiska vplyvu na životné prostredie.

Projekt v roku 2016 nazýval investor pracovne KRD Area Project, aktuálne už má aj zvučnejšie komerčné meno – Duby. Zverejnené sú aj vizualizácie.

Dva bytové domy majú vyrásť v lokalite Krčace na rozmedzí Karlovej Vsi a Dúbravky. Územie je vymedzené z východnej strany Karloveskou ulicou a Ulicou Mikuláša Schneidera-Trnavského, zo západnej strany poľnou cestou a lesným masívom, z južnej a severnej strany sa nachádzajú záhrady.

super, toto sa mi jednak aj paci, ze sikovne vyuzili stupanie do kopca, a tato cast medzi dubravkou a karlovkou potrebuje development ako sol

mimochodom, fakt by stalo seriozne zapracovat na elektricke cez harmincovu a cez patronku k hlavnej stanici.

a tak kukol som kataster, je to zjavne len odrb, kedze nemaju to zcelene. celkovo je to tamhrozne rozdrobene. no nist, ja ze to uz za tie roky scelili

Tato oblast si to jednoznacne pyta, hned vedla Iuventa, kupalisko, futbalovy stadion, akurat nejaka skolka mi pride trochu dalej, ale tak mozno bude v ramci niektorej z buducich budov. Ked niekto ide elektrickou z Karlovky do Dubravky tak ma v tyhcto miestach pocit akoby presiel na dedinu.
Akurat hmotovo by to nemuselo byt az take monstrum od cesty, najmä co sa parteru tyka. Ale zas neviem ci sa tomu v tom kopci bude dat uplne zabranit.

V tom projekte mohla byť aj nejaká bloková zástavba, ktorou by sa vrátil ku klasickému mestskému urbanizmu. Tie domy nevyzerajú zle.

Nedávno mali architekti z gutgut prezentáciu v CAMPe. Krátko rozoberali aj Lofty Svornosť (1:01:40) a viac do detailu Mlynicu (1:06:48).

aj z tej prezentácie ktorá tu bola spomínaná vidno, že Gutgut ten projekt riešia maximálne citlivo, verím že to bude jeden z najlepších projektov rekonštrukcie v Bratislave.

Developer Hájparku ukázal nový projekt pri Centrale, prinesie 40 bytov
