tento projekt nepatri zrovna k mojim srdcovkam ale to videjko je fakt super aj ostatni developeri by sa mohli trochu posnazit

chvalim firmu, co im robila videoprezentaciu, perfektna praca, urcite aj draha... ale inak je to hroza je tam zopar slusnych bytov na kraji a vo "vezi". ale platit X-milionovu hypoteku za vyhlad na rovnakeho nestastnika oproti neni zrovna moj vkus

len tak na doplnenie.
Ceny novych 1 bed apartment v Dubline sa pohybuju uz od 190 000€.
Mimochodom 1 bed apartment znamena v slovenskom preklade 2-izb. byt.
Hypoteka z tejto sumy je okolo 1 000€ mesacne, zhruba tolko dostanes aj za prenajom za ten byt a minimalna mzda v Irsku je 1 400€ mesacne. A to este stale je v Irsku realitna kriza a ceny nehnutelnosti klesaju.
Rozumie tomu niekto?

Bohuzial niektori ked chceli byvat nebola ina moznost kedze nededili, nevyhrali v sportke atd Ja mam tiez hypo teraz sice uz "len" na 24 rokov s urokom 5,4% na najblizsie 4 roky. Mam sa niecoho obavat?

pozeral som ceny na jarabinach a veru su poriadne premrstene, za 80 m trojizbak chcu vyse 7 milionov, pricom v nom ponukaju zrejme nizsi standard (laminatove interierove dvere a laminatove parkety) ehm. Navyse info o metarialoch je velmi biedne, no som velmi zvedavy ...

Titanic sa potapa, ale Carbon este podla mna tancuje na hornej palube. A ked sa tak pozeram na dnesny bloomberg, musim to dvakrat podciarknut. Budu tieto veci uz zachvilu vela ludi boliet. Developerov, banky co im pozicali, aj tych ludi co si to pokupovali. Vyzera to velmi zle.
Co sa tyka Jarabin, myslim ze su drahe.
