An american firm is planning to put up a tower behind the Serena Hotel on Processional way.

At the moment they are seeking approvals from NEMA and the County Council so anyone with any info please come forward...

Greetings! Not sure if this has been posted anywhere? A tower proposal via Asylum Studio, which is a CPT based firm that does 3D rendering:

They're a rendering company, so they aren't at liberty to release info. That's up to the developers and/or architects.

I've been abroad for the past 2 and a half weeks and Asylum Studio redesigned their website during that time. The project wasn't on their old site, so I'd assume this is fairly recent.

Looks like the proposed NSSF Convention Centre on near Laico Regency. That's Uhuru H/Way on first render with the cluster of towers at the university way roundabout. NSSF logo is visible on the first and last render.

That's the good news which is also the bad news. NSSF means may as well forget about it for the next 10 years minimum.

Right i didn't even see it.

Thought it was the american project.. But i hope the NSSF switch gears into this one since Hazina is stalled.

Yesterday I spotted a huge (2-3 acres) site fenced off next to Nakumatt Embakasi with many earth movers and trucks inside, anyone knows what it could be? Will try and get photos on Sato

Alot of construction around Kilimani. Today i decided to take a stroll around home. Counted 12 'new' construction sites, id previously not seen. 4 of the new sites, along argwings kodhek around the yaya area.

Two projects of note:

The large piece (approx 2 acres) at the chaka/argwings kodhek junction, where body n soul gym was located is currently being fenced over and site clearing is underway. No sign board has been erected yet.

Opposite from the above project, Near yaya/french school is another site that used to be a used car selling yard. About an acre. A new sign board has been erected......'jamii bora tower'. I guess jamii bora bank will be puting up their hq there
