Saran yang paling bagus dalam penerapan jaklingko adalah bisa nerima kartu dari semua bank + kmt.

Tahun ini kan rencananya jaklingko mau gandeng ama bank2 lain selain BNI dan DKI.

Tp yg harus segera diselesaikan tahun ini adalah :
1. Alat penerima kartu elektonik semua bank untuk semua layanan Transjakarta termasuk minitrans/metrotrans/royal trans harus segera disediakan. Baru beberapa rute yg udh siap pake tap kartu.

2. Penerapan kartu elektronik atau non tunai di semua merchant, kecuali minimarket dengan menerapkan pergub/ingub.
Sehingga parkir, ngisi bensin, warung makan, restoran atau jajan cilok sudah 100% non tunai. Minimal bisa nerima flazz/e-toll himbara atau gopay (dalam hal ini pemda wajib sediakan alatnya ke umkm)

Barusan naik bus metrotrans 1E, bisnya udah terpasang dgn mesin tap on bus. Yang ini mesinnya beda, berbentuk kotak, berwarna biru dgn loga jaklingko. Selain ada tulisan “Tap Here”, diatasnya juga ada tulisan “Scan Here”.
Wah apa yg di scan ya? Apa kedepannya bisa pake barcode juga?

untuk yang udah mobile banking familiar sih ga issue yang kasian masyarakat awam yang ngandelin top up di minimarket atau di loket. sebelum saya tau BNI Mobile bisa buat top up TapCash saya ampe muter-muter cari ATM non tunai buat topup JakLingko punya ibu saya. ke Indomaret/Alfamart ga ada yang bisa.

ada di vlognya pandji sempet dibahas juga soal jaklingko dimana ada rute mikrotrans dari fatmawati malah ga bisa pake JakLingko bayarnya. malah pake flash. emang belum seragam

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan said that the provincial administration set to procure electric bus for the additional fleets of the city transportation, Transjakarta.

Anies reiterated that city bus operator PT Transjakarta had visited a number of countries to review battery-driven buses that would be used.

The plan was a part of the city’s effort to switch to vehicles that are environmentally-friendly and emission-free, said Anies. He also encouraged Jakartans to use public transportation.

Transjakarta, Anies Baswedan added, had conducted a trial run to two electric buses that would be operated immediately after Transportation Ministry released the type test.

Jakarta Transportation Agency head Syafrin Liputo said his side planned to procure 100 electric buses next year. “We target to add 100 electric-powered fleets for Transjakarta,” Syafrin said.

However, the agency was mulling over the price which he deemed costly. “We are trying to obtain incentives of the electric bus from the central government or in this case Finance Ministry as it relates to tax,” Syafrin said.

A major conference in Brussels was told that an innovative public transportation system in Asia can be a model for Europe and the rest of the world. Jakarta Public Transportation is pioneering integrated and environmental-friendly transport, the International Bus Conference was told, writes Martin Banks.

The three-day conference ran from 21-23 October and attracted scores of public transport operators from all over the world. Held at Brussel Expo, the event explores current trends and developments in the bus sector from an international perspective. There are 60 international speakers from across the bus sector attending.

These include Dr Agung Wicaksono, CEO of Transjakarta, a bus rapid transit system in Jakarta, Indonesia. The first BRT system in Asia, it commenced operations on 15 January 2004 to provide a fast public transport system to help reduce rush hour traffic. Wicaksono spoke about how the system has significantly helped cut congestion levels in Indonesian capital. Transjakarta serves one of the longest routes in the world, stretching over 250km and 25 stations and serving 20 million passengers. As one of the largest public transportation operators in Jakarta, Transjakarta uses the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system, the first in Southeast and South Asia. Wicaksono, during his visit to the Press Club Brussels Europe, explained what Transjakarta does to meet the needs of Jakarta, supported by an integrated public transportation system.

He said: “Jakarta is one of the major cities in Asia which serves 20 million people, both Jakarta citizens and commuters from neighbouring cities. This number is relatively large compared to other capital cities in Asia such as Singapore which only serves 5 million people every day, and requires integrated multi-modal transportation services. “This mobilization can provide maximum benefits for economic development both for citizens of Jakarta and neighbouring cities.”

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) estimates that the population of Jakarta in 2019 will reach 10.6 million people, but on working days the number increases to 20m. In the last five years Transjakarta has succeeded in increasing the number of public transport users by some 300%, and increasing the coverage area to 77% in five areas in Jakarta. The presence of BRT has helped cut congestion levels in Jakarta this year by 8%, the biggest decline compared to other cities and pushed Jakarta down the rankings, from the 4th to the 7th of most congested cities.

Another study by the Asia Development Bank (ADB) also acknowledges efforts by Jakarta in addressing the chronic challenges of the capital city’s transportation system. Transjakarta has also introduced ‘Microtrans’, which embraces the integration of public transport services. Transjakarta as a system provider, route mapping, and development, is supported by cooperatives. Jakarta Transportation collaborates with existing conventional microbus entrepreneurs and private owners, an approach aimed at maintaining the consistency of public transportation services by the government.

Dr Wicaksono said: “This is one of the differences between the transportation system in Indonesia and other cities in other countries. If in other cities public transportation is regulated by the government, in Jakarta the government embraces the participation of local community as a form of support for the regional economy development.”

With BRT, Transjakarta has also succeeded, he said, in increasing access to public transport stations and stops as well as creating hubs that support “healthy ecosystems by reducing gas emissions in the air”. Dr Wicaksono said that starting in 2023, BRT will use electric bus fleets which will help further reduce vehicle exhaust air emissions and create a healthier environment.

Within 15 years, Transjakarta has succeeded changing public behaviour in Jakarta in the use of public transportation and it has received awards for innovations in the transportation system and improving city mobility.
Transjakarta and the government have, it is said, shown “cooperation and real work which has a positive impact on economic progress and changes in people’s behavior in the use of public transportation.” The majority of Transjakarta buses are currently dominated by European bus brands such as Mercedes, Scania and Volvo but there are three units of electric buses made in China while others are being tested locally. Testing the readiness of electric buses is seen as important for Transjakarta in order to adjust to the tropical climate in Jakarta.

It currently owns 3,558 bus fleet units with 220 routes, and in 2020 is targeting additional fleet of up to 10,047 units including the microbus. Its short-term strategy in 2020 is to better realize the ‘first mile’ and ‘last mile’ services, where residents can find public transportation within a 500-metre radius and increase the coverage area to 95% in the Jakarta area. With an increasingly expanding and integrating public transportation system, supported by a digital payment and information system, Transjakarta now says it is ready to provide integrated multi-modal transportation services to “realize an orderly, comfortable and safe transportation ecosystem”.

Ya. Nanti saat ditap bakal dikasih bukti karcis transfer rute berbentuk barcode untuk dipindai pas mau naik bus/angkot berikutnya.
Saat ini masih dlm bentik bukti karcis biasa, bahkan masih ditulis tangan.

Sayangnya sistem serupa masih ntah kenapa belum bisa direplikasi ke kota-kota sekunder di tanah air (kecuali mungkin Semarang). Perlu inisiatif dari Kemenhub dan pemerintah pusat untuk melakukan standardisasi dari konsep di Jabodetabek nih.

Dan yang di Palembang juga ngiri sama Jabodetabek yang sistem konsep bus umum dan feedernya relatif berhasil . Bahkan di kebanyakan kota sekunder yang ga punya metro atau kereta komuter, seharusnya sistem replikasi TJ-Jak Linggo bisa jalan lah. Ini kita udah punya contoh nyatanya loh. Tinggal pemerintah pusat yang harus inisiatif sehingga di daerah juga punya entitas transportasi umum (dalam berbagai bentuk sesuai konteksnya) yang profesional juga, gw yakin PT Transportasi Jakarta pasti mau bantuin itu untuk transfer of knowledge.

Sayangnya kemenhub jor-joran ngasih bus bantuan teknis ke banyak daerah tanpa memberikan edukasi tentang cara mengelolanya. Jadi nya yg ada seperti sekarang ini, BRT-BRTan dengan layanan alakadarnya, jauh dari standar BRT, cuma buat sekedar jalanin bus yang dikasih supaya ga disuruh balikin lagi ke pusat.

Mungkin kendalanya anggaran, Jakarta mah kuat kasih subsidi, entah kota lain...

Paling gregetan itu sama Bandung. Padahal bisa banget adopsi Jak-Lingko. Angkotnya bejibun, menjangkau hampir keseluruh penjuru kota, bus kota juga banyak, ka lokal ada... Tinggal bikin BLU, studi banding ke TJ, integrasi, murah meriah daripada monorel, LRT, MRT, yang gak jelas...
Apa mungkin karena ada Jak-nya ya? Yang berbau The Jack anti di Bandung...

Tapi saya termasuk menikmati sistem Jaklingko, meskipun gak tinggal di Jakarta. Klo ke rumah ortu sekarang naik bus ft Jaklingko, murah meriah, langsung deket rumah, macet tinggal tidur... Apalagi jadwal bus seperti MGI dan Primajasa bisa dipercaya...

Kalo gitu ceritanya, Jogja-Solo, Surabaya, Medan, Palembang juga bisa. Yang udah jalan sih di Semarang tapi sayangnya mereka belum punya kereta komuter lagi. Makanya insiatif harus dari pusat, bukan cuma dari arahan dan transfer of knowledge tetapi dari subsidi yang masif untuk kota-kota yang secara keuangan kurang sanggup. Bukan hanya bantuan sekadarnya yang selama ini dilakukan Kemenhub.

Soal transfer of knowledge, mungkin ini juga bisa mencakup pemagangan staf atau calon staf dari entitas transportasi daerah ke Jakarta, dan sebaliknya perusahaan transportasi daerah juga jadi training ground para calon pemimpin PT Transportasi Jakarta/Jak Linggi kelak.

@atas,
utk BRT, di jogya nampaknya juga berhasil sama spt semarang. Di bandara adisucipto juga ada halte BRT, sekali beli tiket bisa keliling jogya. Tapi belum integrasi dg angkot krn angkot di jogya juga relatif gak ada. Kebanyakan angkot di pinggiran spt ke kaliurang atau prambanan jadi mungkin gak perlu dibuat integrasi

Karena kota2 lain rata2 belum punya masalah lalu lintas yang pelik. Kalaupun macet, hitungannya masih cepat terurai, sekedar bottleneck.

Beda sekali dengan Jakarta, yang kalau macet itu bener2 karena volume, bener2 karena commuting traffic.

Walhasil jangan salahkan pemerintah daerah lain, emang lebih gampang membangun dan merawat flyover dan underpass.Gak perlu SDM yang banyak2, gak perlu manajerial2 ribet bikin badan usaha transportasi ini itu.

Kota di Indonesia itu besar, tp ga ada yang sebesar Jakarta. Otomatis kalau mau belajar ke Jakarta juga ga cocok. Jakarta itu mau di-downscale segimanapun ga bakal ketemu sistem yang cocok utk kota2 lain.

Harus di-lead sama Pemerintah Pusat, bikin guideline utk kota ukuran sedang, dan kecil. Tapi bikinnya juga harus pake end game yang rigid, bahwa harus mengarah ke SAUM. Kalau hasil guideline nya tetep balik ke angkot sih sama aja bohong lah.
