- The roof tiles you've chosen are bay far the best choice !
- Will You use the roof space ( in between the roof and rooms ceiling ) for storage ? and if yes ...is this a common practice ? P.S. I know I would !
- The dedication of the workers ( in achieving a goal/target/completion date ) is - once again - by far the best I've seen so far ! CONGRATULATIONS JAPAN ! BANZAII !!!
- Underneath the floor I can clearly see a lot of space .... plenty space for repairs , just in case . I hope You'll have a small access door for it !

Well ,

Just to give You a hint...this is My plan in a few years from now :

House1 by fulgaad, on Flickr

House2 by fulgaad, on Flickr

House3 by fulgaad, on Flickr

House4 by fulgaad, on Flickr

As You can see , I choose the same color/type( more or less ) of tiles on the roof.

This might be done in the vicinity of a 100.000 euros ...give or take ...

I have saved this house plane , My wife agreed with it .

P.S. I'll have to work really hard for it , so , wish Me luck !

over 1.4m height of ( in between the roof and rooms ceiling) room is considered as total space of house. it means Property tax of house is increased.
I really wanted it below 1.4m space as storage though it is hot room
however, it is my parents house. they do notwant to step and even small loft there .

though i did not mentioned before, the color of sash window frames are wrong.
they mistook them.
one is tectonic window is not a frosted glass ( they are going to change later)
all color of sash are MU.. like this except toilet and bath)

3. The small chamber method that has been established recently is aimed at measurement of volatile organic compounds such as toluene, xylene, etc., in addition to formaldehydes, and is expected to be effective in dealing with the "sick house" syndrome in the future. Furthermore, the method is capable of measuring dispersion speed for construction materials, enabling forecast of formaldehyde and VOC concentration in room air. With the establishment of a common measurement method and JIS standard, compatibility and effective utilization of measurement data are realized. It is also expected to promote development, application, and dissemination of construction materials with low dispersion levels for formaldehydes and VOCs.

In addition, JIS standards for specific materials now define grading and labeling based on formaldehyde dispersion level, such as Ffour stars (material that does not require restrictions in use due to low dispersion level), and Fthree stars and Ftwo stars (material that shows a measure of dispersion but can be used as construction material within a certain proportion to area of application). Selection of appropriate material becomes possible by confirming these labels. Development of these JIS standards are expected to foster and facilitate action in controlling the "sick house" syndrome with the revision of the Building Standard Law in July 2003.
