This one officially under construction then? I really hope this along with the apartments going up near Red Point will help make the Gun Quarter a destination, need a student/digbeth vibe.

If Digbeth get developed over the next ten years due to Hs 2 - gun quarter is the obvious next place for creatives

The piling rig was still there today at Legge St. There's a poster on the hoardings about the safe crane scheme, so presumably one will appear here before too long:-

That's a steel erection firms own crane so might see some steel going up Monday!

Woah!!!

Thats fast progress.

Also surely there has to be a better alternative to the 10 ft high blue fence in the centre of the A38, a barrier there is essential I understand that, but some kind of green wall for instance would do wonders for the area.

Also I remember years ago that Petrol Station would feel very unsafe in the early hours, hopefully now that has changed.
