The vibrations from the demolition are getting a bit annoying now!

Think they stopped doing it today around 3 to 3:30pm.

Makes my works building shake!

Wonder if you can feel the vibrations at ground level, or is it only on the upper floors of the nearby offices?

I'm gunna wait until construction starts here. No point taking the same photos each week of rubble on the site. When nothing much has changed.

The site is almost clear of rubble. When I left work, saw a truck with debris in the back.

So only a big pile of soil left to remove, before the land is flat for building on.

Funny, serous development. Demolish, start building. Kind of shows up the job on Holloway head

When you've got £50 billion to spend something like this is loose change down you're sofa.

Yeah, when you have Government backing projects can get going much quicker.

That said we have 103 Colmore Row and Unicity which are two projects that went from un-heard of, to work on site, in a matter of months.

When I was last around here last week, the hoardings were put up right next to the bridge I use to get to my office. Although there was a gap at the bottom, that they will need to fill. There wasn't hoardings on the canal side (still the fences).

Think all the demolition signs have gone.

It's possible that construction may begin sometime in April?

Hoardings mostly up now.

Of the ones painted yellow - says Willmott Dixon on them.

One of the canal side. Some graffiti tags on the newly painted hoardings.

They were still painting the hoardings near the site entrance.

Ell, I did actually look at the site from that bridge as well, but it looked exactly the same as in your last photo, so just took the one photo from the other bridge today.
